What dose should I choose?
In adults, the usual recommended dose is 1-2 Capsules taken orally once a day or as directed by your physician.
It is not recommended in children.
If you skip a dose by any chance, take it as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it’s almost time for the next one. Do not double the dose.
